1. About the shopping process

At our store, the price of the product must be paid in advance.
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed, excluding weekends and holidays .

3. About shipping charges

Domestic delivery in Japan ●Courier shipping fee: 880 yen nationwide except for some areas (*1) (*1 Hokkaido 1,650 yen, Okinawa 1,980 yen)
Free shipping for purchases over 11,000 yen except for some areas (*2) (*2 Hokkaido 770 yen, Okinawa 1100 yen)

●Mail delivery shipping fee: 330 yen nationwide (only for products that can be delivered by mail)
Free shipping for purchases over 3,300 yen
*If you purchase multiple items eligible for mail delivery, we may change the delivery method to home delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

For customers who purchase products eligible for mail delivery and products eligible for home delivery together
Due to the system, shipping costs for mail delivery and home delivery will be added, so we will refund the mail delivery costs after placing your order.

●For credit card payments After purchase, we will inform you of a partial refund via email.

●For other payment methods We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to our system, we are unable to issue a partial refund, so once we have processed the cancellation, we will send you an email with a personalized order page.

4. About delivery

We will ship within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is completed.
Orders placed on days when the main store is closed will be shipped the next business day after order confirmation.

*If no delivery date is specified, the item will be delivered as soon as possible.

7. Regarding returns and exchanges

●About order cancellation You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

In the case of a return or exchange due to a mistake in the order, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unopened. In that case , the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and refund fees.

●For exchanges and returns of delivered products due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and refund fees.
We will only accept returns if the package is unopened and within 8 days of receiving the product.
