Please inform the hotel in advance that a package will be delivered to you.
Please be sure to enter the name of the hotel where you are staying.
Clearly indicate your room number as “Room No. ○○”.
Please write your hotel check-in and check-out dates in the order note.
Please place your order at least 5 days before your check-out date.
*If it is difficult to place an order 5 days in advance, please contact us through the inquiry form.
If the name on the hotel reservation is different from the order name, please include the hotel guest’s name in the remarks field.

Orders must be paid in advance. Payment at pickup is not accepted.
In-store pickup orders are not eligible for tax exemption.
You cannot change the pickup store after placing your order. To do so, please cancel your order and place a new one.
Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.
