• Please inform the hotel in advance that a package will be delivered to you.
• Please be sure to enter the name of the hotel where you are staying.
• Clearly indicate your room number as “Room No. ○○”.
• Please write your hotel check-in and check-out dates in the order note.
• Please place your order at least 5 days before your check-out date.
  *If it is difficult to place an order 5 days in advance, please contact us through the inquiry form.
• If the name on the hotel reservation is different from the order name, please include the hotel guest’s name in the remarks field.

• Orders must be paid in advance. Payment at pickup is not accepted.

• In-store pickup orders are not eligible for tax exemption.

• You cannot change the pickup store after placing your order. To do so, please cancel your order and place a new one.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.
