1. Shopping process
In our store, payment for products must be made in advance.
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed, excluding weekends and holidays .
If for any reason there is any further delay in shipping, we will be sure to contact you by email.
Regarding inventory, our inventory is shared with our physical stores, so depending on the timing, items may be out of stock even after you place your order.
In that case, we will contact you by email.

3. Shipping Fees
Domestic delivery in Japan : Courier delivery fee: 880 yen nationwide (excluding some areas (※1)) (※1 Hokkaido 1,650 yen, Okinawa 1,980 yen)
Free shipping for purchases of 11,000 yen or more , excluding some regions (※2) (※2 Hokkaido 770 yen, Okinawa 1100 yen)
● Mail delivery fee: 330 yen nationwide (only for products that can be delivered by mail)
Free shipping for purchases over 3,300 yen
*If you purchase multiple items eligible for mail delivery, we may change the delivery method to home delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
For customers who purchase products eligible for mail delivery and products eligible for home delivery together
Due to the system, the shipping fees for mail delivery and courier delivery will be added together, so we will refund the mail delivery fee after you place your order.
●If paying by credit card, after your purchase, we will send you an email informing you of the partial refund.
●For other payment methods: Unfortunately, due to the system we are unable to offer partial refunds. After cancelling your order, we will send you an email with your own order page.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product.
Delivery times: Usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from shipping.

4. Delivery
Once payment is completed, your order will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on store holidays will be shipped on the next business day after the order is confirmed.
*If you are in a hurry, please contact us separately.
*If no delivery date is specified, the item will be delivered as soon as possible.
If you have a time slot preference, please enter your desired time in the [Notes] section below.

*Please note that you cannot specify a time slot for mail delivery.
For home delivery, the item will be delivered within 4 days from the day after the shipping date (excluding remote islands).
If you choose mail delivery, it will take about a week from the time of shipment.
Please note that delays may occur due to traffic and weather conditions.
5. Delivery Note
The delivery note will be enclosed with the product.
6. Issuance of receipts
In order to avoid issues such as duplicate billing or payment, we will only issue receipts upon special request.
Please note that this certificate will only be issued to customers who belong to organizations such as corporations, schools, and medical institutions.
*We do not issue receipts in personal names. We apologize for not being able to meet your request, and thank you for your understanding in advance.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Regarding order cancellations, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us yourself by phone or email.
*Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment.
●If the product is defective upon arrival or if it is damaged or scratched due to an accident during delivery, we will replace it within 8 days of receiving the product and cover the shipping costs.
In that case, please be sure to contact us in advance by email or phone.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances.
*If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, etc., we will provide a refund.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to incorrect ordering, we will only accept [unopened] items. In such cases , the customer will be responsible for the fees for return shipping and refunds.
●If you wish to exchange or return a delivered product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the fees associated with return shipping and refunds.
We will only accept returns if the product is unopened and within 8 days of arrival.

●Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases.
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, or whose packaging has been broken or damaged *We strictly check the packaging before shipping.

● Regarding returns due to refusal to accept, long-term absence, unknown new address, etc. If the parcel is returned to our store due to refusal to accept, long-term absence, or an unknown address or new address, we will contact you to confirm.
If we do not hear from you after that, we will assume that you have no intention of accepting the order and will mark the order as cancelled due to customer's convenience.
*The actual cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of cancellation.
