1. Shopping process

At our store, payment for the product must be made in advance.
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed, excluding weekends and holidays.
If for any reason there is a further delay in shipping, we will be sure to contact you by email.

About inventory

Our inventory is shared with our physical store, so depending on the timing, items may be out of stock even after you place your order.
In that case, we will contact you by email.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping within Japan

Delivery fee: 880 yen nationwide (excluding some areas)
(※1 Hokkaido 1,650 yen, Okinawa 1,980 yen)
Free shipping on purchases of 11,000 yen or more, excluding some areas (*2)
(※2 Hokkaido 770 yen, Okinawa 1100 yen)

Mail delivery fee: 330 yen nationwide (only for products eligible for mail delivery)
Free shipping on orders over 3,300 yen
*If you purchase multiple items eligible for mail delivery, we may change the delivery method to courier delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

For customers who purchase mail-order eligible products and courier-delivered eligible products together

Due to the system, the shipping costs for mail delivery and courier delivery will be added together, so we will refund the mail delivery cost after you place your order.

Credit card payment

After your purchase, you will receive a partial refund via email.

Other payment methods

Unfortunately, our system does not allow for partial refunds, so we will cancel your order and then send you an email with your personal order page.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase again from the dedicated order page.

4. Delivery

Shipping within Japan

Once payment is completed, we will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on days when our store is closed will be shipped on the next business day after your order is confirmed.

For home delivery, delivery will be within four days from the day after shipping (excluding remote islands).
If you choose mail delivery, it will take about a week from the time of shipping.
Please note that delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

5. Delivery notes

The delivery note will be enclosed with the product.

6. Issuance of receipts

In order to avoid problems such as double billing or double payments, we will only issue receipts upon special request.
Please note that this certificate will only be issued to customers who belong to organizations such as corporations, schools, and medical institutions.

*We do not issue receipts in personal names. We apologize for not being able to accommodate your request, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us yourself by phone or email.
*Cancellations cannot be made after shipment.

*Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases.

  • Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, or whose packaging has been damaged or broken *We strictly check the packaging before shipping.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • If the product is lost, destroyed, or otherwise missing (including missing accessories)
  • Reasons for return/exchange: product is different from actual image

Regarding incorrect delivery addresses due to customer reasons

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or undeliverable delivery due to incorrect delivery address or billing information.

Regarding returns for items shipped within Japan

Regarding initial defects and damage or scratches caused by accidents during delivery

If it is within 8 days of receiving the product, we will replace it and cover the shipping costs.
In that case, please be sure to contact us in advance by email or phone.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances.
*If an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock items, etc., we will provide a refund.

In the case of a mistaken order, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unopened. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees for the refund.

Regarding exchanges and returns of delivered products due to customer convenience

Return shipping and refund fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We will only accept returns if the product is unopened and within 8 days of arrival.

Regarding returns due to refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, unknown address, etc.

If the parcel is returned to our store due to refusal to accept it, long-term absence, or unknown address or new address, we will contact you to confirm.
If we do not receive any contact from you after that, we will assume that you have no intention of accepting the item and will mark the order as a cancellation due to customer convenience.
