Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us yourself by phone or email.
*Cancellations cannot be made after shipment.
*Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases.
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, or whose packaging has been damaged or broken *We strictly check the packaging before shipping.
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- If the product is lost, destroyed, or otherwise missing (including missing accessories)
- Reasons for return/exchange: product is different from actual image
*Due to the nature of internet sales, we cannot accept reasons such as "It's not what I expected" or "It's different from what I imagined," so please consider carefully before purchasing.
*We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product images, but the color of the product may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your viewing environment (computer, smartphone, etc.). - Products that have malfunctioned due to uses not described by our company
- Sale items
- Products that have no purchase history at our store
- Products purchased from resellers (auctions, private sales, etc.)
Regarding incorrect delivery addresses due to customer reasons
We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or undeliverable delivery due to incorrect delivery address or billing information.
Please double check the registration information you provided when placing your order before placing your order.
Regarding returns for items shipped within Japan
Regarding initial defects and damage or scratches caused by accidents during delivery
If it is within 8 days of receiving the product, we will replace it and cover the shipping costs.
In that case, please be sure to contact us in advance by email or phone.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances.
*If an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock items, etc., we will provide a refund.
In the case of a mistaken order, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unopened. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees for the refund.

Return shipping and refund fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Product price - actual return shipping cost = refund amount
When shipping a product, in addition to the actual shipping costs and handling fees, packaging materials and work time are required.
Even a small parcel that is refused acceptance would be a huge burden for our company.
