●About order cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact the person who placed the order by phone or email.
*We cannot accept cancellations after shipping.
●In case of initial defects or damage or scratches due to accidents during shipping etc.
If it is within 8 days of receiving the product, we will replace it at our expense.
In that case, please be sure to contact us by email in advance.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after the deadline.
*If we are unable to exchange the product due to out of stock etc., we will issue a refund.
In the case of a return or exchange due to a mistake in the order, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unopened. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
●Regarding exchanges and returns of delivered products due to customer convenience.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for return shipping or refunds due to the customer's convenience.
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unopened and within 8 days of receiving the product.

●Regarding returns due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, unknown address, etc.
If the item is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, unknown address or new address, etc., we will contact the customer to confirm.
If we are unable to contact the customer after that, it will be assumed that the customer does not intend to receive the item and the item will be canceled due to the customer's convenience.
*At the time of cancellation, we will charge you the actual return shipping cost.
●About incorrect delivery address due to customer circumstances
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery or undelivery due to incorrect shipping address or billing information.

When shipping a product, packaging materials, work time, etc. are required in addition to the actual shipping and handling costs.
