Walk around Kyoto in a kimono! (Gion Shirakawa)

Hello, this is musubi-kyoto.

Today, we will be visiting the Gion Shirakawa area, where townhouses line the stone-paved streets. This is probably the area that comes to mind when many people think of Kyoto.

Today I took a snap of the Tatsumi Shrine area from Shirakawa-Shinbashi Bridge! Tatsumibashi Bridge on the left is a popular spot.

The "Kanikakuni" monument, which describes the atmosphere of Gion, can be found along the Shirakawa River.
