Our inventory is shared with our physical store, so depending on the timing, items may be out of stock even after you place your order.
In that case, we will contact you by email.

Prices are determined by the destination country.
When you place your order, the actual shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

About delivery

Shipping Notes
  • Please write your shipping address and name in English.
  • We will send you a tracking number by email after the product has been shipped.
  • Ordered items are subject to customs duties and consumption taxes in accordance with the laws of each country, and may also be subject to customs clearance fees charged by the postal service of the destination country. All payments of customs duties, etc. incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • For shipments outside of Japan, we will include a commercial invoice to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import and export rules and regulations, we will not alter the order amount listed on the commercial invoice to a lower amount.
  • We cannot change the delivery address, contents or cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
  • Only one delivery address is allowed per order.
  • If you place multiple orders before shipping, they may be shipped together if they are to the same address.
  • You cannot specify a date and time.
  • If your package is returned due to your long absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge you the shipping costs for both the return and re-delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us yourself by phone or email.
*Cancellations cannot be made after shipment.

*Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases.

  • Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, or whose packaging has been damaged or broken *We strictly check the packaging before shipping.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • If the product is lost, destroyed, or otherwise missing (including missing accessories)
  • Reasons for return/exchange: product is different from actual image
    *Due to the nature of internet sales, we cannot accept reasons such as "It's not what I expected" or "It's different from what I imagined," so please consider carefully before purchasing.
    *We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product images, but the color of the product may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your viewing environment (computer, smartphone, etc.).
  • Products that have malfunctioned due to uses not described by our company
  • Sale items
  • Products that have no purchase history at our store
  • Products purchased from resellers (auctions, private sales, etc.)

Delivered products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Regarding returns due to refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, unknown address, etc.

If the parcel is returned to our store due to refusal to accept it, long-term absence, unknown address or new address, etc., we will charge you the actual shipping cost.
