How to Use

1.Select In-Store Pickup

On the checkout page, select "In-Store Pickup".

Then choose your pickup store and payment method,
and complete your order.

• Items picked up in-store are not eligible for tax exemption.

2.Receive Pickup Confirmation Email

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a pickup confirmation email
at your registered email address as early as the next day.
 Please visit our store within 7 days, including the day the email arrives.

3.Pick Up In-Store

During the pickup period, visit the store at your convenience.

Give your order number to the staff when you arrive.

• Pickup is available during the store’s operating hours.
• Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.

• Paper bags are available for ¥20 at the register.

Important Notes

• Pickup is available during the store’s operating hours.
• Orders must be paid in advance. Payment at pickup is not accepted.

• In-store pickup orders are not eligible for tax exemption.

• You cannot change the pickup store after placing your order. To do so, please cancel your order and place a new one.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.
