Stroll around Kyoto in a kimono! (Gyoganji Temple)
Hello, this is musubi-kyoto.
Today we will be visiting a temple called Kodo, which has a thousand years of history and is within walking distance from Kyoto City Hall. It is located on the right hand side as you head north along Teramachi-dori, a street lined with antique shops and tea ceremony utensil stores .
The temple itself has a stately impression, but the quiet grounds give off a traditional Kyoto vibe. There is also plenty of greenery to relax in.
